Do you like being hurt???

​Most likely not!!! But if you do an activity long enough, the potential of getting hurt gets greater.

​Eventually you have two options:
  1. Stop the activity all together (which, be real, isn’t a great option.)
    Or
  2. Find the areas you may have potential energy leaks or sensitizing movement patterns, and work to make those more resilient to injuries so you can continue to move, minimizing potential impairment.

Dr. Westover has extensive knowledge on how to prepare you to become more resistant to injury based on the activities you do. He takes this knowledge to develop a program that is understandable and easy to incorporate into your training or daily movement. This allows you prevent injuries before they happen.
